Hotel Indigo Vancouver Dwtn – Portland Area by IHG

I love finding hidden gems, and Hotel Indigo is definitely a gem. From the moment we pulled up, the experience started on the right note. The valet and bell attendant were professional, welcoming, and quick to assist, immediately setting the tone for our stay. Once inside, we were greeted with such a warm, hospitable energy. Every interaction felt genuine. The staff was attentive in a way that made us feel truly cared for, not just processed through check-in. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. The hotel itself has a sophisticated feel without being stuffy. Everything was clean, polished, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-kept. It was obvious they care about the details. We also spent time at the restaurants inside the hotel, and they did not disappoint. Whether we were at the rooftop at Witness Tree or enjoying the atmosphere at The Liquor Cabinet, the service remained consistent which were attentive, friendly, and warm. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that feels both elevated and personal.

A fantastic hotel with great rooms. My room overlooked the river. Very high end features with walk in rain shower and Nespresso coffee machine. The rooms are fairly quiet but the noise from loud cars outside does bleed though. I have always had a great experience here.

I stayed at this hotel in Vancouver, Washington for a week, and it was truly an amazing experience! The valet service was top-notch — so professional and even held the door open for me every day. The restaurants in the hotel were incredible with excellent service, and my room was cleaned daily, which made my stay so comfortable. A special shout-out to Julio at the front desk — he was so kind and helpful, really making me feel welcomed. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking and very classy. It can be a little noisy at night since it’s in such a lively and beautiful area, but they thoughtfully provide earplugs, and I just turned the TV up a bit. I will absolutely be staying here again during my next business trip. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great valet and front desk service. The rooms were modern and clean. Good beds and bedding. I appreciated the staff's professionalism compared to other hotels. I travel a lot and they seemed to go above and beyond to make the guest feel welcomed. I plan to stay here again.

My husband booked a weekend at this hotel for us to unwind and change the ambiance of our home. The customer service at the front desk was exceptional. The young lady was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The room was great, with a contemporary design and big windows overlooking the river. We explored the area for wine tastings and had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. It’s an ideal base for exploring the surrounding attractions within walking distance.

Absolutely 1 of the best stays my wife and I have had at any hotel. The views the sevice the location are amazing. Special shout out to Nick Henley!! and the staff at El Gaucho food was exceptional!! Gabby and the staff at Witness Tree. These folks truly made our day!! My wife had never had a espresso Martini.... absolutely the best!!! We tried 4 other places and no one could even come close.

Nice, clean, professional looking building and rooms. Arrived early and they let us check in early. All staff I dealt with were professional and nice. Valet on post out front opened and held the doors for everyone entering and existing the property. A great place for professionals, and a good place in general.

We loved our stay here. Attentive staff that made us feel like rockstars. Very reasonably priced considering the suite that we had. Bed was super comfortable too!
